How to order?
Payment and ordering
1. Visit the page with the description of the product you want to buy, and then click "Add to Cart".
2. Your order will appear in the menu "Shopping Cart" on the left, you can continue browsing, or proceed to checkout by clicking "Checkout".
3. Check the order. If you are satisfied with all details then click "Next".
4. Fill in the fields marked with an asterisk*. If you want the address that is marked on the invoice to be different from the delivery address, first select "Different from the Delivery Address" and then enter additional data in the provided fields. After choosing a country, the system automatically calculates the courier delivery costs (door-to-door).
5. Verify that the data is entered correctly and then proceed by clicking "Continue".
6. Our shop uses the PayPal payment system. To pay for your order, you can use a credit or debit card, or your account in the PayPal payment system. Check your information one more time and click "Pay Now" and you will be taken to the PayPal webpage, where you can safely pay your bill.
Delivery
The products are delivered door-to-door to the buyer by the delivery services provider DPD. The delivery time ranges from two days to two weeks. Albrecht Ltd is not responsible for any damage caused to the products or packages due to the fault of DPD. While receiving the product, check the packaging carefully for the presence of mechanical damage and only then sign for delivery.
Return of the products
After placing the order, as well as before the goods have been dispatched, the buyer has the right to cancel it without any penalty. This can be done within one day after paying the bill. The buyer may also refuse the delivery after receiving the ordered goods if they do not match the description provided by the seller. To do so, you must provide proof of lack of conformity (defect description and photos) by sending it to the address: (mail@albrechtstudio.de). We will review your complaint and will contact you immediately.
Warranty
We give a 3-year warranty on all metal parts and mechanisms of our products. We are ready to replace the defective part as soon as possible, covering all postage expenses. To do so, you need to describe the problem and send it together with the invoice to: (mail@albrechtstudio.de). We are always happy to help you after the warranty period as well!
